Effective date: October 25, 2026 · Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy explains how Harebeat Labs ("we") handles information in OMH: One More Hop, our game for Android. OMH: One More Hop has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or other contact details.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
Your progress (hero, gear, upgrades, currencies, missions, achievements and settings) is saved only on your device. We cannot access it. Uninstalling OMH: One More Hop deletes it.
2. Data Collected by Google Services
OMH: One More Hop uses these Google services, which collect some information automatically:
- Google Analytics for Firebase shows us how OMH: One More Hop is played, so we can improve it. It collects game events (for example runs started, floors reached, upgrades bought), device information (model, OS version, language), app identifiers and approximate location (country or city, from your IP address).
- Firebase Crashlytics sends us crash reports (technical error details, device model, OS version) so we can fix bugs.
- Google AdMob shows optional rewarded videos, which play only when you choose to watch one for a reward. It collects your advertising ID, device information, approximate location and ad interactions. It may share this data with Google's advertising partners to serve ads and prevent fraud.
- Google Play processes any in-app purchases. We never see your payment details.

3. Your Choices
- Personalized ads: in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, OMH: One More Hop asks for your consent before showing personalized ads.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Ads are optional: you can play all of OMH: One More Hop without watching any.
4. Why We Use This Data
- Crash reports and analytics: our legitimate interest in keeping OMH: One More Hop stable and improving it.
- Personalized ads: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Non-personalized ads and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping OMH: One More Hop free.
5. Retention and Security
Crash reports are kept for 90 days, and analytics data for up to 14 months. All data is sent encrypted (HTTPS). Google may process it outside your country, under recognized legal safeguards.
